Toxic Family Dues In the Black Society
Ever wonder why family is important? Why is important to connect to our family? Supposedly, family is what suppose to bring you laughter, joy and peace to your life. Though family is not rosy and perfect as there are many challenges and disadvantages but if solved well, then there is a breakthrough that there will be unity and strong love. To a point of no-return and no-hunger.
We are living the different where there are so many single-parented households more than anything. Single parents take charge in children’s life as the other parent is not ready for the responsibilities given or to help as possible towards the next parent so that the child can grow in good and stable household.
As children who grew up in Single-parented households, we tend to enjoy our lives while we young without understanding that when we become adults this has a very negative impact on our well-being. Either through spiritually, emotionally or physically. It is possible single moms and dads will not tell you the truth about your life on why your other parents is not apparent in your life as sometimes it results in the personal unresolved issues on both the mother and father had. Sometimes as a young man who’s looking for himself, a parent especially with a mother would lie about your paternity, not knowing how serious that is. Your father as daughter would lie about your mother’s passing while knowing it’s a lie that she is still alive. Or in some situations where a single mother would mistreat her own children due to what the father did to her.
Unfortunately these are the issues faced in our daily lives as the only way of dealing with it is through accepting it and find solutions to the problems. Parents sometimes do not know how their actions towards their children can negatively affect their lives.
Signs that you grow/grew up in the toxic family
Family members gossip
There’s physical abuse/fights
Unfair Punishments
Unfair blaming
Verbal Threats
Dismissive of one’s feelings
These are the signs that children/young adults will go through
They become withdrawal and quite especially towards you as a parent
They are most likely to develop resentment towards the parent
They are likely to become violent and aggressive towards you as a parent
They are most likely to become secretive
Sometimes they sometimes resort to drug substance to get through their pain
Sometimes resorting to bullying school learners as a teenager or child
Sometimes even resorting to crime
At times resulting to self-esteem issues especially to a male-child since he might not know his paternal side
At times this also results negatively in the child’s spiritual life through the physical realm e.g. the child’s life might not go well due to the fact the father might have not paid damages etc.
These are the things people need to consider before planning to have children as it is a serious issue especially towards the black families. It’s unfortunate both adults and children go through this and the only way to deal with this is for families to accept their mistakes and find a way to sort out their problems. The only way to solve this is through
Family therapy
Spiritual prophecy and Guidance
If Therapy is not the good option then those affected the only way to deal with this is to
Move / distance yourself
Set Boundaries
Work on your way to be independent
Make sure you surround with supportive friends and family
I do not support single parenting and I am not the biggest fan of Feminism and Red Pill Society. However due to the situation faced in our daily lives, we need a way to comprehend this, to make things simple for both parents and children. Single parents should not raise children alone but they should find a way to co-parent with the other parent and if the other does not put effort, they have a right to be taken to be faced with law consequences
People should not be forced to stay in toxic situations because they want to keep their families united without checking their mental and spiritual health. Your energy matters and it is up to you to look after it. I believe sometimes your soul family is more understanding and there for you than your own Biological family.
