We have been taught in our entire lives that Mother Earth is not our true friend; especially we have been programmed to think that most bad things happen in the wilderness by the mainstream media and all we have been told about is not true. Remember our world we live started on our mind before our spiritual kingdom; whatever your perceive in your mind always comes into reality. Therefore we should be careful what we think, watch and listen to. Mama Nature has always been our best friend. Her heart is beautiful. Get used being surrounded by grass, trees,flowers,butterflies,birds and you will feel the sense of your inner-peace coming to you. You can as well go on hiking, picnic or camping to actually feel what nature is about

Meditation and Prayer is one of the best techniques to help heal our wounds and give us inner peace. It helps us to be Intune with ourselves. In the wilderness is good because of the amount of silence and less movement energies in around


· Be Authentic To Yourself


We have been programmed to seek ourselves through other people to the point it has gotten many into psychological matters like depression and anxiety. Remember we are here on earth as souls having a human experience. We are spiritual being having an external experience. We came here on earth for a purpose and not to fit in the narcissisticbeliefs that lower our spiritual vibration; therefore the human life is not the only life to be lived. There are many dimensions in the realms. It is advisable to stop listening yourself from other people and start listening inside you; your intuition, your inner-voice. The key to this, is to spend most of your time alone
